The Christmas market
A diversified market to be sure to please the whole family. On Picard's menu, in addition to the essential black truffles from Périgord, we find : Gambas en kadaïf (thin Turkish noodles), armorican sauce, lemony vegetable brunoise ; Pithiviers, guinea fowl, mushroom stuffing, in religion, block of duck foie gras and spinach. Dessert time
All the art of the beautiful and the good of Picard, whose desserts can be admired before being tasted. Starting with the Sumptuous Christmas tree on a base of almond biscuit and chocolate mousse.
