Constantly evolving, the franchise model is a factor of reassurance in times of crisis.
70% of franchisees believe they are better able to withstand the crisis than an isolated retailer :
•8 out of 10 franchisees are confident about the future of their business and want to stay in their network.
•In a growth dynamic, 30% of them want to open a new point of sale.
•9 out of 10 franchisees would recommend the franchise model to a future entrepreneur.
This strong support is fueled in particular by the efforts of franchisors to update their model :
• More than 9 out of 10 franchisees have noted that their franchisor has improved the network's digital tools.
• 74% of franchisees feel supported by their franchisor to liven up their social networks.
• 7 out of 10 franchisees consider that this support has a very positive impact on their activity, almost half of which in the first year. The website is one of the main digital tools reinforced during the health crisis : 96% of franchisees have at least one web to store system on their website as : geolocation of points of sale (89 %), highlighting promotional operations (65 %) and events (57 %) as well as information on stocks which is starting to gain momentum (37 %).
