On March 7, Medef Réunion launched a new system, called PAC 2022 and co-financed by the European Union and the European Social Fund to support project leaders. Nine weeks of support from training organizations (Sodom, Up&Go, CForm, Numéria and AB Consultant) are planned, with a dedicated team and sponsors to enable business creators to bring their projects to fruition. In the program: personal development, team cohesion, market analysis, network development, immersion in business, accounting, management, taxation, environmental issues, management by indicators, business plan, deployment strategy, personalized coaching… 5 cohorts of 9 weeks are offered, each able to accommodate between 15 and 20 people. They are welcomed at the Hub Lizine in Sainte-Marie as well as in Saint Pierre.
