The authors
Olivier Boutou is an AFNOR Group expert in food quality and safety. It supports organizations in their hygiene initiatives, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Food Defense and crisis management at national and international levels. He is a member of the French standardization commission V01-C “Traceability and food safety – Management and hygiene”.
Patrick Bottino, engineer within the AFNOR Group, ICA certified auditor (Auditor Certification Institute) for 25 years, is the reference auditor on ISO 22000 for AFNOR Certification. He spent his career in the agri-food sector., at Panzani first, in research and development, then at Coca-Cola as quality and environment manager of a production site.
