Le digital, big winner of the crisis

All franchisors (99 %) took advantage of the health crisis to strengthen digital within their organization.

• 96% have strengthened their external digital communication.
• 93% have strengthened digital tools in internal processes.
• 2 out of 3 franchisors have implemented new sales channels (78% of franchisors with 100 or more points of sale).
• Even if almost all franchisors have integrated digital tools into their network, 4 out of 10 would like to develop them even more.

Networks also offer more advanced functions :
• Making appointments (50 %), online sales (48 %), le click and collect (39 %).
• The use of Market Places still remains limited, only 23% of franchisors are present there (+ 6 points compared to 2019).
