The latest addition to the Côté Sun Hôtels group opened on July 8. This luxury furnished tourist accommodation is located in the heart of the Redoute district.
This four-star furnished tourist accommodation (being classified) is made up of eight high standard apartments. Designed by Eric Chavoix, who also designed the architecture of the Wood Hotel (see above), the accommodation stands out for its style creating a luxurious living space for a stay in complete freedom. The luxury of independence adds the benefit of hotel services (reception, concierge, housekeeping, hot tub), as well as the location close to the city center and almost direct access to the Littoral road to get to the West. Le Clos de la Rivière offers real apartments where you can settle down for medium or long professional stays. For reception, Clos de La Rivière relies on its manager, Laurence Grondin, whose service, both dynamic and careful, is in harmony with the place.
