Latest addition to Legal coffees, le Café Bistrot Morning,is now available in soft pods. Assemblage d’arabica, for the aroma, you are robust, for strength, Café Bistrot Mattino revives the coffee flavors of the great bistros of yesteryear.
With its full-bodied and round taste, with an aroma punctuated with biscuity notes, Café Bistrot Mattino is roasted to the heart by the master roasters of Cafés Legal, independent family business from Le Havre and French coffee champion, which is celebrating its 170th anniversary this year. It’s the coffee par excellence for secrets, a coffee full of tenderness and emotions. This new variation completes the Le Café Bistrot range which already includes the references Le Café Bistrot Classique and Le Café Bistrot Serré, in grains, ground and pods.
“Since 1851, our expertise is based on the transmission of know-how unique in France as an artisan roaster located in Le Havre. The Le Café Bistrot range offers ground French-style coffees, in grains and pods, accessible and rich in taste. With this offer specially designed to start the day and accompany every moment of consumption, Café Bistrot Mattino enriches our range and complements the experiences with 1851 Grand Arabica, with a velvety taste and a nice length in the mouth, Black coffee, revelation of sensations for lovers of high quality coffee, and, of course, the Le Café Bistrot range” explains Alain Frydman, president of Cafés Legal. Independent roaster and family business founded in 1851, Legal is today the third player in the coffee market in France. With 145 employees, including 120 in its Le Havre factory, its turnover was close to 40 million euros in 2020. Its dynamic is based on a strategic vision centered on innovation, the quality, sustainable development and improvement of production tools. The latest creation from Legal cafés, le Café Bistrot Morning, is available from April in bags of 36 pods of 250 g.
