L’Aract (Regional agency for the improvement of working conditions) and the University of Reunion signed a framework agreement at the end of February aimed at creating bridges between higher education and the business world.
University work carried out on issues of management and process improvement will thus be able to be disseminated via the joint members of Aract.. “The university trains today those who will become managers tomorrow. It is therefore essential for us to be able to raise awareness among teachers now so that they disseminate the fundamentals of the quality of working conditions”, underlined Caroline Gadou, the Director General of the National Agency for the Improvement of Working Conditions, present by videoconference at the signing of the framework agreement.
