On March 31, the Saint-Denis court accepted Alefpa’s offer for the resumption of Korbey d’or activities.. From April 1, the activity of the home help company and its 600 employees was transferred to the Secular Association for Education, Training, prevention and autonomy (Alefpa). Created in 1959 and recognized as being of public utility, it has been present in Reunion since 1975. Today it has 42 establishments and services on the island and supports 2,500 children., adolescents, adults and families with disabilities, in social difficulty or sick, with a team of more than 800 employees. All Korbey d’Or by Alefpa employees will join the collective agreement for the home help branch in April. All salaries will therefore be revalued, which represents an increase in the annual payroll of around one million euros.
