Present in Reunion since 2016, Squirrel continues its development on the island with a team of experts from Reunion. Specialist in “tailor-made” applications for all types of clients, from large structures to start-ups, the digital agency launched an application intended for merchants at the end of July 2022, Fidelato, which allows them to easily and free create a virtual loyalty card.
Created in 2014 in Paris, the digital agency Squirrel quickly rose to the forefront in the development of tailor-made web and mobile applications. After Paris, Squirrel sets up in Reims, then opened an agency in 2016, directed by Thomas Lemaitre, in Reunion for a better quality of life for employees. Fidelato : a 100% pei app
Designed by Squirrel, this application was designed for traders who are unfamiliar with the digital world, as are many retail traders in Reunion. A handicap while the Reunion Islanders are, on the contrary, increasingly familiar with these tools. “Our goal is to fight for digital inclusion by allowing merchants who are not “digital natives” to have a very simple tool at their disposal”, underlines Thomas Lemaitre. L’application mobile, just available in stores, allows them to create a virtual loyalty card in a few clicks and thus offer their customers a single free application for all their loyalty cards. Merchants will then be able to communicate : Send notifications, distribute points to the most loyal, have statistics, etc. “Fidelatoo replaces stamp cards in a very simple and rapid way in order to smoothly integrate them into the digital world”.
