Pierre Possémé, president of the Agefice (Medef agent) and Jean-Michel Pottier, treasurer (CPME agent) came to Reunion Island on November 18 to present the schemes and financial aid offered by their organization to non-salaried business leaders in Reunion Island., but also to better understand the specific training needs of non-employee managers in Reunion. Agefice is the training insurance fund (FAF) of commerce, industry and services : it ensures the management of funds resulting from the collection of the compulsory contribution to professional training (CFP, perceived through Urssaf) and the financing of training for business leaders and non-salaried managers and their collaborating spouses or associated spouses in these three sectors of activity. On a national level, Agefice relies on a network of nearly 200 reception points, present in the CPME and Medef branches and in the network of Chambers of Commerce and Industry. Agefice respects a principle of neutrality in relation to training centers. If funding is granted, subject to compliance with the support criteria, the choice of training and center belongs to business leaders. The latter are invited to consult the site www.agefice.fr to find out the eligibility criteria for the system.
