La Topét for Moret : a Fischer Tradition without alcohol

A new addition enters the Fischer “Traditions” family : the Topét for Moret. A beer with flavors of Fischer Tradition, but without alcohol.

Topet for Moret : this Creole expression means “the same”, “same as”, “similar to”. Responding to growing market demand, Sorebra offers this alternative aimed at beer consumers, but also to those who simply do not drink alcohol. For a few weeks, Fischer Topèt pou Morèt is therefore finding a place in the beer aisles of large and medium-sized stores, as well as in certain local stores. It also appears on cafe menus, hotels and restaurants. Sold in 33 cl glass bottles and in packs of six bottles, Fischer Topèt pou Morèt has the same taste as Fischer Tradition, but less alcohol. Brewed in Reunion, there is no shortage of this new Fischer Réunion beer, her too, to highlight one’s local belonging, by its name but also as a new testimony to the know-how of Sorebra. Laurent Robert, master brewer : "The Fischer Topèt for Morèt is a war, light and refreshing blond beer, heritage of the Alsatian region. It’s a special brewed exclusively from a mix of winter and spring barley malt.. To the eye, we appreciate its white foam headdress which reveals a golden straw dress which takes us towards summer. At nose, Topèt pou Morèt exhibits herbaceous and malty biscuity notes. In mouth, let yourself be carried away by the subtlety of the hops then by the characteristic sweetness of the malt reminiscent of breakfast cereals. There is an additional roundness due to the absence of alcohol.. To be enjoyed at a temperature between 4 and 6°C. »
