The SIDR (real estate company in the department of Réunion) offers its tenants, since October 2022, facilitated access to all the aid schemes to which they are entitled in view of their personal and professional situation. The social landlord has entered into an agreement with the Klaro application for this purpose., start-up founded in 2019 in mainland France on the basis of an observation : 40% of aid available in France is never claimed, through ignorance, and each household deprives itself on average of €110 per month (activity bonus, student aids, supplementary pensions…). With already more than 100,000 users, Klaro has become the largest aid simulator in France. The platform integrates national aid, regional, departmental and local. Klaro is now accessible to SIDR tenants directly from their customer area on the website. Simply create your profile online to find out what assistance you are entitled to., for yourself and the members of your household. The platform also offers support to the user in their efforts to obtain aid.. All information collected is secure. This system received support from the Action Logement Voluntary Investment Plan. In order to facilitate access to Klaro for all of its tenants, including isolated people and the elderly or those unfamiliar with digital technology, SIDR relies on a network of neighborhood associations and social action organizations, notably the Camélias platform of the Mission Locale Nord, in Saint-Denis. During the first month of its availability, 1,500 tenants have already used the platform more than twice, reprises, indicates the SIDR.
