SOS Accessory crosses a new CAP by carrying out a strategic external growth operation : In December she made the announcement of the acquisition of the Iris group, specialized in sales to professional parts to repair household appliances. With 62 million euros in turnover in 2023, The Iris group is made up of 2 companies : SDS, French number, Based near Bordeaux, a vedelec, leader in Belgium for the resale of spare parts to professionals in the sector. These two companies supply electrodode parts and accessories for professional repairers and distributors of French markets, German as well as Benelux. The new group thus created, called Ecoparts, employs nearly 300 employees and reaches the critical size of 120 million euros in turnover, thus becoming one of the largest European players in the sector.

An obvious rapprochement

In addition to the repurchase of the Iris group, SOS Accessory took over the Dragon group, French number two of online sales of spare parts to private consumers, very present in marketplaces (Amazon, Cdiscount, Works, etc.). With this double acquisition, The company crosses an important development level and gives itself additional means to develop the repair of household appliances. "This rapprochement with the Iris group has established itself as an evidence due to the complementarity of the B to B expertise of SDS and Vedelec with that in B to C of SOS Accessory. The birth of the new group represents an exceptional opportunity to share know-how and expand perspectives on the European market ", explains Olivier de Montlivault, President and founder of SOS Accessory.

Responsible finance is mobilized
