These two companies supply electrodode parts and accessories for professional repairers and distributors of French markets, German as well as Benelux. The new group thus created, called Ecoparts, employs nearly 300 employees and reaches the critical size of 120 million euros in turnover, thus becoming one of the largest European players in the sector.
An obvious rapprochement
