DIXIT A DOUBLE : THE DISNEY MAGIC
On the occasion of 100 years of The Walt Disney Company, Asmodee unveils two new versions of two great hits from the brand : Dixit et Dobble. Dixit Disney, available in France since September 15, offers 84 cards inspired by 84 animated films from Disney and Pixar studios. The cards, unique in their kind and drawn by illustrator Natalie Dombois, take up the themes of the biggest successful films, from Alice in Wonderland to Ratatouille, without forgetting the iconic 101 Dalmatians, Aladdin ou Toy Story. On his side, Dobble Disney allows young and old alike to find all the characters and symbols that have marked the hundred years of existence of the Disney and Pixar studios.
AN INFINITY OF UNIVERSES FOR CHILDREN
With Unlock! Kids : History of legends, children transform into real detectives to solve the three investigations through time that this edition offers. In Keeper of the Seasons, they go on missions through the seasons collecting items and passing through portals without being spotted by the prowling wolf. With Bermuda Pirates, they are embarked on a treasure hunt in the Bermuda Triangle between unleashed elements and enemy pirates. Supernatural enthusiasts will be able to play a ghost in Mysterium Kids and have their acolytes guess noises using a tambourine. Finally, the senses are in the spotlight with Mantis, a game in which they bet on colors, or with Sea Salt and Paper, where they can create their own ocean by folding.
CLASSICS FOR TRICKS
For wild games mixing strategy and vivacity, Asmodee recommends Dobble Connect, a team version of the iconic game, in which you have to find the only common symbol to align four cards as a team. There is also Trio, in which you have to be the most cunning to deduce numbers in opposing hands and find identical cards. A Mixmo, in which each player constructs a grid of words by integrating themes imposed by the bandit.
TIME TRAVEL FOR PASSIONATES
For the cultured, the curious or history buffs, Asmodee offers Timeline Twist – a time travel game, which gets the participants’ brains thinking to put the events in the right order – or 7 Wonders : Architects, which requires building a new wonder of the world, as impressive as possible, and thus mark history.
HEROES IN A BOX FOR FANS
Asmodee also thinks of saga fans. Marvel Zombie : The Resistance of Heroes is a cooperative game where, in an apocalyptic world, the last surviving superheroes face hordes of zombies to defend civilians. In another atmosphere, that of high society, Bridgerton is a strategic game inspired by the series of the same name, whose goal is to conclude the best marriage over the course of eight balls, punctuated by scandals and intrigues… Finally, The Pokémon Holiday Calendar features 25 new surprises such as shiny cards, boosters and much more for amateur trainers or collectors.
