Tetra signs new food recipes with exclusively natural ingredients, without artificial colors or preservatives, as well as new, more sustainable packaging and a new visual identity.
Biologically balanced, Tetra pond fish foods are designed to meet the nutritional needs and eating habits of the species. This is why it took several years of work for the R teams&D and Tetra laboratories to rethink the entire Tetra Pond range. In a “less is more” approach, the list of ingredients by reference has been reduced and includes a new protein blend with Pufa Booster (polyunsaturated fatty acids), highly digestible. The removal of artificial colors and the use of natural preservatives ensures healthier growth of fish and clear water conducive to their development. Recipes help reduce waste released into water. Tetra now offers a new power supply, top of the line, with formulations adapted to each species of pond fish.
New packaging
The new functional containers, wanting to be more respectful of the environment, offer the new Tetra Pond range in 1 L format manufactured in post industrial recyclate (PIR). PIR is the plastic material from plastic waste generated during the production process of a product. Reusing this waste to form new packaging reduces the production of plastic waste by around 85 tonnes per year !The new PIR packaging is part of the approach of the new Tetra sustainable development council and will be available on other food formats, both in ponds and in aquariums. Visual side, Tetra products also benefited from new lighting and a new graphic identity, which better highlights the key points characterizing these new recipes.
