New addition to the “Kraft Fischer” family, it’s a black beer with Cilaos water and Grand Tradition lion coffee. A pure local creation.
No doubt, it's a local beer ! Brewed in Reunion, Fischer Stout Tang is a stout (type of beer also known as Coffee Stout), a dark ale type beer. But above all it is an agreement between a careful selection of very roasted aromatic malts, Grand Tradition coffee from the lion (70 % arabica, 30 % robusta) and Cilaos water. This high-end Lion Café, roasted in Reunion, is appreciated for its quality and taste characterized by full-bodied and deep aromas. It gives Fischer Stout Tang a unique aromatic, enriching this beer with its intense and complex flavors.

A beer tasting and meal
At the eye, we appreciate a persistent, off-white creamy foam, leaving a magnificent lace on the glass, and an intense ebony black dress, bright (without shaking). At nose, we let ourselves be carried away by the subtlety of the Grand Tradition coffee and the chocolate brought by the roasting of the black malts. In mouth, we easily find these dominant flavors, sometimes chocolate and caramel, sometimes cold coffee. Au final, to the mellowness of the beer is added a light bitterness. Fischer Stout Tang is a tasting beer that can accompany a rather savory meal., like a roast, a sausage rougail or a zandouille curry. A stout beer is never enjoyed ice cold.
