The ambitions of the federation
The Cinov Réunion-Mayotte regional federation held a press conference on June 26 to present its missions and objectives, his new office, as well as the study by the Digital Professions Observatory, engineering, advice and events (CARE) in the meeting. This prospective study on the professions of the BETIC * branch in Reunion contributes to a better knowledge of the professions in this sector by presenting an assessment of the human resources of its jobs and its future needs. The federation wishes, among others, create a directory of professions in the BETIC branch in Réunion-Mayotte, in order to create synergies between the different branches of these professions. “We will contribute to developing training – BIM, design office technicians, engineers with the ESIROI school, etc. – to improve skills. We will also work to make our know-how in bioclimatism known., with the construction laboratory in a tropical climate, and to increase the circular economy and the recovery of waste in Reunion and Mayotte. »
* The BETIC Branch is made up of the digital sectors, engineering, of the council, of the event and the translation.
