Impulse movement, almost 10 years ago by management professionals in Nantes, the Factory of Change arrives in the Indian Ocean. October 28 and 29 at the Cité des Arts, two days of discussions will bring together leaders, change makers, land clearers, managers, elected, HR and communication managers with the objective, especially, to reconcile social and economic performance.

The objective : “Restoring meaning and common sense by placing humans at the heart of the issues. » Reunion organizers have been rolling up their sleeves for several months to import this concept to the Indian Ocean zone. Their collective leitmotif is to reconcile social and economic performance. Too much time spent in meetings, fight against absenteeism, concentration at work, happiness at work… these are all concerns for managers, entrepreneurs, les managers, HR managers looking to improve working conditions within their structure. Supported by a motivated team of volunteers in Reunion, the Change Factory suggests looking into these new practices, October 28 and 29, 2021 at the Cité des Arts. For eight years, this atypical professional meeting of Nantes origins has been able to convince and be exported from Lille to Bordeaux via Namur, Toulouse, Lyon… Managerial and social innovation, new uses of digital, well-being at work, CSR approaches, visual management… La Fabrique du Changement promotes the sharing of experiences and good practices on various themes to help companies and organizations define their new levers of economic and social performance. She supports the transition, help with change management, to move from intention to action. “Some of us had the chance to participate in a Change Factory previously, we want to develop this event here, in the heart of the Indian Ocean” say the organizers.

The impulse is individual, change becomes collective
Founded on the conviction that collective change requires evolution and personal awareness, the Factory of Change has adopted this motto : “I change, we change ». An evolution imposed by the changes which are shaking up businesses : digital transition, arrival of generations Y and Z, transformation of professions by artificial intelligence, new ways of working and of course, health crisis which imposes unprecedented agility on everyone… That is why, François Badénès, president of the Artisans of Change, creator of the Change Factory meetings, wanted to create “a time for serious sharing without taking ourselves seriously around the issues of managerial innovation and the transitions that shake up organizations”, he explains. During these two days in Reunion, more than 24 practical and creative workshops, 16 inspiring conferences and feedback on managerial innovation will give companies the opportunity to discover good practices and concrete tools allowing them to transform themselves to better respond to issues., such as recruitment, loyalty, employee engagement… In the program : organizational design, appreciative management, room for error, intelligence collective, positive thinking…
