Phyte is a Nîmes company specializing in plant-based drinks.. She launches the Kombucha, a tea-based drink resulting from a fermentation process, called Elixir of Life by the Asians to whom we owe its origins
After shaking up the plant-based drinks market, it was quite natural that the three Nîmes founders of Phyte decided to work on this cold drink, healthy and low in sugar. With its two recipes, a classic one combining lemon and ginger, and the other more daring mixing cranberry (or cranberry) and hibiscus, Phyte plans to stock up on probiotics. Organic Lemon Ginger Kombutcha combines the thirst quencher of lemon, the boost of ginger and the nutritional benefits of fermented tea. Le Kombutcha Bio Cranberry Hibiscus, with its fine bubbles and delicate fruit notes, has everything to become a must for healthy and festive aperitifs. Available in 33 cl and 1 L bottles, these two new products are available from November in supermarkets, directly on its website Phyte.fr , in delicatessens and on certain delivery platforms.
A new way to consume fruits and vegetables
Organic Kombutcha can be found alongside Phyte pressed and plant-based milks. Phyte, it is in fact above all two ranges of vegetable presses and vegetable milks, combining fruits and vegetables. Concentrated know-how and innovation, these recipes are the fruit of the desire of the fifth generation of a family of Nîmes farmers to promote family production. Helped by a chef and a nutritionist, the company develops simple recipes using new cold pressing and stabilization technologies. Phyte thus reinvents the way of consuming fruits and vegetables, by promoting plants and agriculture through nomadic drinks adapted to contemporary daily lives. Result : plant-based drinks, healthy and practical to consume every day.
