Founded in 2020, the Klaro platform aims to support people in accessing their aid and, Thus, to fight against social inequalities. Most households are missing out on a significant amount of aid to which they are entitled.. Klaro is aimed in particular at companies which can thus offer this service to their employees..

At the rate of an average inflation of 6% per year, the French see their expenses increase by €60 per month. At the same time, each household misses out on average on €110 in aid per month, due to lack of information, but also by discouragement in the face of administrative procedures. Volunteer for the Red Cross, Cyprien Boutard-Gèze was able to observe this problem of non-recourse to aid. In 2020, he imagined a platform based on a sophisticated algorithm, able to calculate the aid a household could benefit from in a given situation. Today, this solution is offered to companies who share it with their employees. Klaro remains completely free for its users. “Most aid was created to reduce social inequalities or to encourage virtuous projects, who participate in the ecological transition or job creation for example. Chez Klaro, we do everything we can to ensure that this aid reaches its beneficiaries, including those less familiar with administrative complexity, because it is in the interest of the whole society. »

More than 120 companies already convinced
The start-up has already attracted more than 120 large companies like Stef, Auchan, BNP Paribas, Intermarché or Véolia, who offer the solution to their employees. This represents around 120,000 households. The HR and CSEs of these organizations see it as a way to retain their employees by offering them a concrete way to achieve their personal projects.. Elevated to mission-driven company status, Klaro targets populations most affected by non-recourse to aid. This is why it also forms partnerships with associations, educational establishments, universities or even social landlords.

1,500 national and local aids listed
How to use Klaro ? All you have to do is let yourself be guided on the platform to provide information on your personal and professional situation. (municipality of residence, regular income, projects, etc.). Technology takes over to calculate the corresponding aid. Klaro also offers its users support from one of its expert advisors for procedures and file monitoring directly on the platform.. Depending on the size of the company concerned, the price varies between €3 and €4 per employee per month. For all users, access is free. Clearly, Today there are 1,500 national and local aids listed, 80,000 users, a team of thirty people invested in the project, growth multiplied by three in 2022. “The objective, eventually, is to systematize access to aid for all French people, whatever their needs, their professional situations and their life plans”, concludes Cyprien Boutard-Gèze.
