Parisian Le Faham won a first star in the Michelin Guide. As part of a collaboration with the company, Kelly Rangama has created ten dishes that are alternatively offered to Club Class passengers, in addition to the two usual dishes on the menu. Some examples of those which are prepared in the kitchens of Servair in Gillot and served in the direction Réunion-Paris : veal filet mignon, potato and sweet potato gnocchi, turmeric-lemongrass cream sauce, beef tournedos with rougail sauce, Cilaos lentils with allspice leaves, toothfish steak, pickles, coconut milk-combava sauce. Comfort class passengers can also taste it, provided you reserve them at least 72 hours before departure. Leisure class passengers can do the same, but the extra will cost them 24 euros.
