Jérôme Gardody is the new director of the institute of business administration, the management school of the University of Reunion Island.
He was elected to this position on June 13 to succeed Pascal Picard., who occupied it since 2014. Jérôme Gardody has already held several management positions, notably at the regional chamber of the social and solidarity economy (Cress) between 2015 and 2017. Doctor in management sciences and lecturer at IAE since 2017, he has already carried out several educational and administrative functions within the establishment on avenue de la Victoire. “He is committed to supporting the change in scale of IAE Réunion through the development of an attractive training offer, of excellence and professionalism, large-scale research responding to local issues as well as the establishment of fulfilling student living and working spaces for all staff”, indicates the University of Reunion.
