Brasserie Duyck offers a unique reference : la Jenlain Triple, an unfiltered blond beer. With this traditional recipe, the brand reaffirms its historic brewing know-how.
Triple beer is the traditional beer par excellence. Legend has it that it was invented by monks in medieval monasteries.. The latter produced beers also called “Tripel” or “Triple grains” containing more malt than classic recipes.. This process then made it possible to offer a particularly tasty quality drink with a higher alcohol content.. Through this new beer with a pretty, slightly cloudy golden color, Jenlain, whose know-how is based on almost 100 years of history, returns to tradition. Due to its manufacturing method, Jenlain Triple is a blonde beer that is both richer and, more complex and more generous. Titrating at 8,5° alcohol, it undergoes three stages of fermentation : a main top fermentation, secondary fermentation at low temperature and finally refermentation in the bottle. Key steps, controlled by the brewery master brewer, which thus allow the beer to increase its flavors tenfold. This new reference is also “on yeast”, a more traditional way, chosen by the brand to achieve a taste ideal that is both balanced, complex and lively. Over the months, the flavors of Jenlain Triple will improve and its tastes will enhance. Available in supermarkets and in wine merchant networks in 75 cl bottles.
