The company operates on the market for cheeses used as ingredients for agri-food professionals in France and for export. On arrival, the activity has a turnover of 10 million euros. Upon his departure in July 2020, she makes more than 45 million.

“I stayed there for almost 11 years. But I was missing the industrial part which was managed directly by the group's cheese factories, confides Jean-Marie OLLIVIER. My goal was to resume or join an activity like the SPHB, I wanted to take responsibility for a complete industrial tool with all aspects, development, production, marketing and sales.
