Less calories than traditional feta, Janis is a fermented preparation with a fresh and milky taste, made from coconut milk, eau, coconut oil, corn starch, sel, citrus fiber, lemon juice and rosemary extract. If feta is often associated with salads and summer, this plant-based version can, like the original, appreciated in hot dishes all year round. Janis is made – in France – lactose-free, sans gluten, soy free, without major allergens.
