Eight Reunion projects were selected as part of the 4th call for projects in favor of public transport on its own site and multimodal exchange hubs. In total, 162 projects in France will benefit from 900 million euros in subsidies within this framework. The 8 Reunion projects will obtain total funding of 51 million euros. The Cinor tram project between Roland-Garros airport and the western entrance to Saint-Denis obtains the largest share of this envelope : 40 million euros. The intercommunality will also receive nearly 2 million euros for the creation of the cable car line between South Boulevard and La Montagne and as much for the extension of the TSCP bus line to Quartier-Français. The Réunion Region, for its part, obtains a subsidy of 2,€48 million for the creation of a lane reserved for buses on the RN2, in Sainte-Marie. In the West, the TCO will be helped up to 0,€46 million for its multimodal exchange hub project at the Port. In the South, 2,€1 million is allocated to Civis to develop the eastern entrance to Saint-Pierre. La Casud will finally receive 1,€3 million to create the new Tampon urban road and 0,€7 million for the Saint-Joseph multimodal exchange hub.
