As part of the development strategy of its real estate, CBo Territoria notably announced at the end of December a new investment of 24 million euros in Mayotte, accelerating the geographic diversification of the Group's assets.

For personal and household equipment, a C'TAM store (1 200 m2) will be completed by a shopping gallery of 17 stores over 1,400 m2. Also on site, A sales counter with its warehouse (1 000 m2) of the Cananga group (to the Distrimax brand). Finally, a fast food brand covering 300 m2 will complete the whole. Enough to attract a lot of people. The start of work is planned for the second half of 2021 for commissioning in the second half of 2023.. Located in the town of Combani, next to a new gas station, the future equipment benefits from a strategic position on the island. It will be particularly well served by the main roads of the department. CBO Territoria has acquired as a continuation of this space dedicated to trade land on which will be developed real estate development and heritage projects., responding in particular to the needs of local institutional actors.
