Following departure, December 6, 2022, from former general manager Chris Harker, the board of directors of Cementis validated the appointment of the current director of operations to the position of general director of the group.
Regional leader in cement production and distribution in the Indian Ocean, Cementis Group chooses Heba Capdevila-Jangeerkhan to lead the company. Having held several key positions within the Taylor Smith group, the majority shareholder of Cementis, Heba Capdevila-Jangeerkhan has strong experience in strategic business development and transformation, as well as in terms of performance improvement. Recognized for her skills locally as well as internationally, she sits on the boards of several companies. Having worked closely with senior executives of the various Cementis subsidiaries in the Indian Ocean region, the new general director will be able to draw on her in-depth knowledge of the cement industry to ensure operational excellence.
