The agitator of the culinary scene GreenShoot continues to restore all its modernity to soup with its new collection of gazpachos : cucumber gazpacho, yogurt and mint, le Salmorejo, organic Andalusian gazpacho.
Fresh and light in hot weather : taking inspiration from the world of fashion, GreenShoot follows the seasons to create cold soups. Its three new products celebrate different versions of gazpacho. Cucumber gazpacho, yogurt and a hint of mint is the new star of the collection, this green gazpacho is a recipe as unique as it is creative. In this recipe, the freshness of the cucumber accompanies the creaminess of the yogurt, slightly enhanced by a hint of mint. It accompanies a dish, can be enjoyed as a starter or as an aperitif. What is Salmorejo ? Tomatoes, olive oil and bread crumbs make up this emblematic mixture of Andalusia and more especially of the Cordoba region. Salmorejo is both refreshing and nourishing. Traditionally, we sprinkle it with a crumbled hard-boiled egg and serrano ham. A real complete meal.
Andalusian gazpacho is also in the purest Spanish tradition.. Organic Andalusian Gazpacho comes from a mixture of tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, onions, sherry vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
