Éric Wuillai officially resigned from the presidency of CBo Territoria during the board meeting of May 2, who decided to combine the functions of president and general manager.
The dual function is now carried out by Géraldine Neyret Gleizes, arrived in the company in 2020 and general director since June 2023. The board of directors of CBo Territoria is currently composed of eight directors, including four independent directors, and a censor, with a balanced representation of women and men. Éric Wuillai will soon join the board of directors of the SHLMR.
