The celebration of 15 years of partnership between the GBH group and the Chaudron management and business school gave rise to, October 29, to a “dating course” unique in Reunion Island due to its scale.
With its numerous subsidiaries, only the GBH group was able to organize such an event. Not one of the young people from the EGC Business School failed. It was an opportunity for them to discover the company’s activities and internship opportunities., jobs and careers they offer. It was in front of a more than full room that Pascal Chavignat, human resources director, and Claire Richer, communications director, presented the GBH group, its roots in Reunion (the group is the first private employer on the island) and its international presence, its local recruitment policy and its CSR commitments. GBH is present in 19 territories and countries, including the United States, the independent islands of the Caribbean arc, Ivory Coast, Morocco, Algeria, hexagonal France, England and China. To her only, Reunion represents 36% of its turnover. Hence its strategic investment in the field of training for young Reunion Islanders.. Representatives of different branches of activity offering internship opportunities (automobile, management control, marketing, department manager in mass distribution, IT service and digital professions) then went on stage to convince young people of the meaning and appeal of their professions. The event was also marked by the welcoming of the 150th EGC intern within the GBH subsidiaries.. The group was, like always, one of the main participants of the job fair which was held immediately, October 30 and 31, at the Nordev exhibition center.
