Start-ups can take a fresh look at issues on which private companies and public actors risk losing their eyes.. Two examples were given during the closing ceremony of the French Tech Connect in Reunion. In a city, the EDF group uses IT consultants for specific missions through the mission and service offers platform Le Hibou (also established in Mauritius), who takes care of the administrative formalities of these missions. Another example, local this time, with Eyako : the Reunion start-up has designed a cybersecurity platform to quickly identify and eliminate vulnerabilities in IT systems. His solution was chosen by the city of Dijon and obtained very good initial results..
