If FBD benefited from a favorable kitchen market, However, the group's brands outperformed with respective growth of between 30 and 33%.. It is with its green indicators that the group met new franchise candidates during Franchise Expo. “Franchise Expo has been an unmissable event for us for years and we are happy to have been able to participate in conditions returning to normal. We were present with our two brands, Cuisine Plus and Ixina, and it was a fantastic opportunity for us to meet candidates in particular who had not necessarily identified the kitchen sector for their project” explains Benjamin Bohbot, group development director.
2022 ambitions
The group has set itself the objective of opening 60 new stores by 2022, including nearly 30 internationally.. “Continue to innovate and expand our network in France and internationally, in order to be able to offer everyone, the kitchen of their dreams and a seamless, omnichannel purchasing experience : this is our ambition for the coming year” underlines Loïc Paitel, CEO of the group. Supporting its brands towards excellence through commitment and innovation oriented towards the best customer experience will thus be the leitmotif of the group.. To do this, the group intends to continue its modernization, particularly through the digitalization of its customer journey and its tools (digital customer portals, simplified remote exchange …). The group also reaffirmed its desire to make the Ixina network, the international brand of the group.
The Talent Exchange
Hoping for a market still driven by strong demand, the FBD group aims to strengthen the positioning of each brand and accelerate their respective development by increasingly supporting franchise candidates. In particular with the help of a unique financing program, the Talent Exchange. Benjamin Bohbot : “We sometimes identify interesting and qualified profiles of young entrepreneurs who want to get started but who do not have the necessary funds to finance their project. With our Talent Exchange, we provide them with a solution to complete their contribution and make their project a reality. »
