“Automation solutions are no longer just for large companies”, says Bruno Chambraud, head of the intralogistics department at STILL FRANCE.
During open days, last May and June its Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes agency which covers 16 departments, STILL offered its customers a real-life simulation of its automated stacker, l'EXV iGo. A mini-warehouse has been reconstituted in which the stacker has evolved to carry out loading, unloading pallets, transfer of loads… Thanks to the iGo easy software solution, created by the brand, this automated stacker (also usable in manual mode) brings small warehousing fleets a simplified entry into the world of automation. Companies integrate it into their work environment without hindering existing flows. It coexists safely with traditional trolleys and crosses pedestrian zones without risk of collision. “We often have the image of automation as a costly investment and a long implementation, declares Bruno Chambraud. By offering a simple and easy to implement solution, we enable our customers to take full advantage of the benefits of automation, without the hassle usually associated with such implementations. » The international jury of the IFOY 2024* awards rewarded STILL, June 14 in Baden, Austria, in the mobile robot category ; for the EXV iGo. STILL won this benchmark award for the twelfth consecutive year !
