EPC, for “ÉPiCurien” champagne, is the fruit of the meeting between a trio of enthusiasts and expert winegrowers of their terroir, a collaboration that promotes unique know-how.
Each EPC vintage is co-created hand in hand by the EPC cellar manager, Richard Dailly, and partner winegrowers to magnify the specificities of the terroir, and offer more transparency and traceability. Each vintage thus expresses the singularity of an identified terroir., while minimizing sugar and sulphite levels, for a taste discovery of the Champagne terroirs. Each vintage mentions its origin and composition, affixed directly to the back label. The EPC brand is now present in 30 countries and has around twenty wine medals.. The brand offers a range of products that combine tradition and creativity, by offering champagnes on which we find a modern label with rounded shapes with a thermosensitive ink tablet, which allows you to indicate the ideal temperature to enjoy it. The first reference is none other than Brut. The perfect balance between Chardonnais and Pinot Noir offers light iodized notes, dried fruits and yellow fruits. Originally from the Sézannais hillsides, raw Blanc de Blancs, made exclusively from Chardonnais, is a fresh champagne reminiscent of citrus and white fruits, such as apple. The White of Blacks, from the Arce valley and made from 100% pinot noir, is a fresh champagne with aromas of red fruits. The White Rosé, which has 14% pinot noir, gives delicate notes of red fruits, which subtly enrich the finesse of the chardonnay. Finally, Brut Premier Cru is a delicate vintage, a blend of chardonnay and pinot noir from high quality plots, which offers fresh notes, iodized and lemony, accompanied by subtle brioche and dried fruit aromas.
