Entremont continues to innovate

A new gourmet offer in its dynamic of innovations : AOP cubes for salads and aperitifs today, Entremont has the ambition to strengthen each of these three areas of complicity, especially the first two, covering culinary aids and new cheese-making moments. This is why it is strengthening its innovation strategy and plans to achieve 25% of its turnover with new products by 2027., compared to 5% today.
In line with this objective and relying on the historical expertise of its master refiners and its location in the heart of the terroirs of France, Entremont is launching a range of gourmet cubes for salads and aperitifs in stores in April, benefiting from Protected Designations of Origin, guarantee of local traditional know-how :
• Cantal AOP Young from the Massif Central
• Bleu d’Auvergne AOP
This new range combines the deliciousness and character of AOP cheeses, the guarantee of 100% French products and the practicality of pre-cut cubes, all offered in recyclable pots.
