SECOND EDITION OF THE “WASTE” RECOVERY FUND

Following the success of the first edition of the call for projects devoted to land recycling, The State renews the system to meet the needs of urban and economic revitalization, while limiting the artificialization of the soil. Five new projects have been selected, or 13 in total.

In the meeting, The State devotes a new envelope of five million euros to this second edition of the call for projects "Fonds de Relax de Relanches". The second project selected concerns the modernization of the craft zone Le Refuge in Bras-Panon : It provides in particular for the rehabilitation of three buildings and the demolition of three other buildings for their reconstruction. The work will start in April 2022 for a delivery of the premises in March 2024.

Economic and urban renewal in Bourg-Murat and Saint-André
France Relarance also supports the creation of a central kitchen of 7,000 meals a day in Bourg-Murat in a rehabilitated building on the old APECA site. Renaissance of the Longers of Savanna
The rehabilitation of the Savanna Longères site in Saint-Paul is also on the list : The valuation of the land of the Longères site will allow the installation of insertion associations and micro-enterprises. It provides for the development of an eco-cultural pole with transformation workshops and artistic expression spaces, A recyclingry, An event space, a sales and exhibition space, Cultural coffee and co-working space. The work had to start in May 2022 to end in March 2024.
