Following the success of the first edition of the call for projects devoted to land recycling, The State renews the system to meet the needs of urban and economic revitalization, while limiting the artificialization of the soil. Five new projects have been selected, or 13 in total.
In the meeting, The State devotes a new envelope of five million euros to this second edition of the call for projects "Fonds de Relax de Relanches". Pour 2021, More than nine million euros are thus initiated for the benefit of the 13 projects selected. The rehabilitation of dilapidated and unoccupied buildings located in strategic urban sectors will create 29,500 m² of economic areas and thus strengthen the attractiveness of the territory. Among the five new operations benefiting from aid from the France Relaunch system, We find the rehabilitation of the old sugar factory of Pierrefonds in Saint-Pierre : The project is to set up public facilities, commercial activities and real estate with an economic vocation on a historic and emblematic site for the meeting. It is part of a project to develop and develop economic activities and housing piloted by Civis. This project will require significant asbestos removal work that will start in 2022. It will benefit from an HQE labeling. The second project selected concerns the modernization of the craft zone Le Refuge in Bras-Panon : It provides in particular for the rehabilitation of three buildings and the demolition of three other buildings for their reconstruction. The work will start in April 2022 for a delivery of the premises in March 2024.
Economic and urban renewal in Bourg-Murat and Saint-André

The rehabilitation of the Savanna Longères site in Saint-Paul is also on the list : The valuation of the land of the Longères site will allow the installation of insertion associations and micro-enterprises. It provides for the development of an eco-cultural pole with transformation workshops and artistic expression spaces, A recyclingry, An event space, a sales and exhibition space, Cultural coffee and co-working space. The work had to start in May 2022 to end in March 2024.
