The Les Oliviers rosé vintage is a delicate wine, where we find the aromas of Grenache noir, from Carignan, Syrah and Cinsault, combining freshness and lightness in the purest Berne style. Of great shine, the very pale peach pink color reveals a lively and intense nose, where citrus notes mingle, vine peaches and exotic fruits. In mouth, the attack is frank with a lot of roundness. In the final, more floral and very long. The terroir of Château Saint-Roux reveals 40 hectares of vines, certified in Organic Agriculture. Winemaking is carried out using native yeasts. The Château Saint-Roux rosé cuvée is the result of this meticulous work with a beautiful blend of Grenache noir., Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Rolle.
