Duck terrines classified Nutri-Score B

For aperitif aficionados, picnics and spring tables, Maison Delpeyrat innovates by launching the first duck terrines classified Nutri-Score B and adds salmon rillettes to the seafood aperitif section.

The brand has imagined a unique product in the canned goods section and on the aperitif market : terrines with a Nutri-Score B index ! These duck terrines from France contain only 6,8% fat, less salt, and are above all without preservatives, colorants, no artificial flavors. They come in three recipes prepared with real pieces of 100% French duck in small glass jars with a fresh design. Plain duck terrine : cooked with garlic, with rosemary and coriander. Forestière duck terrine : a recipe enhanced with wild death trumpets. Duck terrine, dried tomatoes and thyme : all the South in a jar for a Mediterranean touch. The Nutri-Score is a method of nutritional labeling ranging from A, for the most nutritionally favorable products, to E, for the less favorable. Although not obligatory, Maison Delpeyrat has chosen to voluntarily integrate it into the packaging of its new duck terrines in the interest of transparency towards its consumers..

RILLETTES MADE FROM SMOKED SALMON
Renowned for its smoked salmon, its salmon gravlax or its smoked salmon petals, Maison Delpeyrat is once again investing in the aperitif moment with its salmon rillettes without preservatives. Two new gourmet creations based on pieces of fresh and smoked salmon, elaborated to obtain a rillette texture like made at home. Salmon rillettes & aneth are a marriage between salmon and dill delicately spiced with a hint of Espelette pepper. Salmon rillettes & Sicilian lemon to which lemon peel and juice give pep and tangy notes.

VERY FRENCH BLINIS
After a successful test launch during the last festive period, Delpeyrat preservative-free blinis can be enjoyed all year round in the fresh seafood aperitif section. This recipe is made in Brittany, from French wheat flour, whole eggs from French free-range chickens and fresh French cheese as well. To be enjoyed cold or hot.
