Jacques Billant, prefect, Huguette Bello, president of the Region and Cyrille Melchior, president of the Department, signed a declaration of intent at the beginning of December aimed at achieving the objective of “zero net artificialization” by 2050, set by the Climate and Resilience law of August 22, 2021.
