Thanks to the Réunion Region, Reunion job seekers have the opportunity to be supported in the creation of a professional project with a positive impact. The objective : create a profession that is fulfilling and beneficial for the planet.

Jennifer Vignaud, founder of the method ” life designing.”

The life designing method and the concept of permaculture applied to work, designed as a relational ecosystem, are developed by Jennifer Vignaud, which sets up an innovative method of positive orientation in Reunion, based on the consideration of often neglected factors for lasting professional success. Self-knowledge, blossoming, the meaning, resilience, social utility or even creativity hold a preponderant place within this support program. This training “Create your meaningful project”, financed by the Réunion Region as part of the PACTE, is intended for job seekers looking for their path, to those in retraining who wish to work differently or to future entrepreneurs who wish to combine meaning and success. This innovative program supports each participant in building a professional project in line with their talents and the needs of today’s world.. “This approach aims to enable each person to use their unique talents to transform them into a profession., into a project rich in meaning for her and for the world”, underlines Jennifer Vignaud.

“Training that does good”

“This training reconciled me with my professional life”, confides Marie-Florence. For Vanessa, “This very innovative program is extraordinarily rich. It allows everyone to become aware of their potential and to put it to good use for themselves and for the world.”. “It’s an atypical and original training that does good and redeploys our wings, gives us momentum and confidence in ourselves”, shares Virginie. More than 200 job seekers benefited from this training which was deployed in Saint-Pierre, Saint-Paul and Saint-Denis. The 35-hour face-to-face sessions took place on 4, 5, 18, November 19th, and the last one takes place on December 5. Sessions are for 20 participants per geographic area.
