Cosmetics Reunion Island at a time of challenge

A hitherto embryonic sector of Reunion Island activity is emerging ? Is the time for recognition coming — finally ! — for care producers, of well-being, hygiene and beauty products based on natural ingredients from Reunion Island ? What is sure, is that by highlighting several local brands, the number one brand of pharmacies and parapharmacies in Reunion, Côté Santé, sends them a message of encouragement. Dimitry Louvencourt, general director of Kôté Santé, and Muriel Loukou-Miravete, Deputy Managing Director of Socopharm Réunion, group to which the brand is linked, are unambiguous on the subject. As soon as a local product, targeting the drugstore circuit, is able to meet the needs of the Kôté Santé network in terms of quality and quantity, the doors are open to him. Kôté Santé already distributes, among others, the range of Bourbon Tisanes and Ti Soap Péi solid soaps and shampoos. We discover the emerging success of these products through the success of this brand, Côté Santé, became in four years the first on the island in terms of number of member pharmacies, and the only one to offer a loyalty card to the patients of its pharmacies.
