Thirty years after its creation, the Colipays company changes ownership. Founder Frédéric Faby was replaced as president of the company by Nicolas Ethève, announced the JIR in its April 25 edition. This change of leadership results from the acquisition of Colipays by SCA Fruits de la Réunion and LM Distribution. Last year, the SCA Fruits of Reunion, farmers cooperative, had launched its own package shipping offer for local products, under the Box Fruitée brand.
