From muscat blanc à petits grains and clairette blanche grape varieties, Clairette de Die is considered one of the oldest sparkling wines in the world, recognized in France as Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée since 1942. Clairette de Die Tradition Jaillance is a pleasant wine with a reassuring sweetness. At nose, it expresses notes of muscat grains, fruit and citrus. Clairette de Die goes well with frozen desserts, chocolate in all its forms, tarts like galette des rois and cakes with red and yellow fruits.
