CBo Territoria achieved a turnover of 85% in 2021.,7 million euros, down 17,3% compared to 2020. This decline, announced in 2018, arises from the company’s strategic plan, consisting of gradually disengaging from promotional activities. In this sector, its turnover fell by 24,6%, at 59,3 million euros, after two consecutive years of peak sales (Leroy-Merlin du Port, building land…). Its construction promotion operations are only progressing in social housing. They drop by 2,3%, at 24 million euros, in private accommodation, and fall by 64% in tertiary promotion (7 million euros). CBo Territoria has been working for several years to develop its tertiary assets and to generate rental income in this sector.. Its gross income from tertiary assets now represents 85% of total rents, i.e. 18,5 million euros over 21,7 in 2021. The growth of its income from tertiary real estate (+6,3%) is driven by “the performance of shopping centers and thanks to the contribution of new assets : offices acquired in Île-de-France at the end of 2020 and Port retail park delivered in 2021”, specifies CBo. Finally, its related activities, which include outdoor activities, saw their turnover increase by 16,5% in 2021, at 4,6 million euros.
