For several years, a wind of freshness and renewal manifests itself on the franchise, which sees the birth of innovative concepts instigated by young inspiring entrepreneurs, eager to write their own success stories, like start-uppers.
In 2020, 41% of individual business creators were under 30 years old compared to 38% a year earlier. A rejuvenation which is also observed among new franchisors, younger and younger. Driven by the desire to undertake and the desire to develop their business while benefiting from the reassuring framework of franchising – especially in the current context -, more and more young workers are choosing the franchise model. Whether in food, Restoration, equipment for the person and the home or even services for people or businesses, young entrepreneurs see franchising as an opportunity to accelerate the development and notoriety of their brands. Reinforced visibility, brand enhancement, rapid conquest of a market, shared funding, purchasing power : the advantages of franchising on the franchisor side are numerous. Development accelerator, franchising allows these young entrepreneurs to optimize their chances of success by relying on a set of franchisees who will promote their concept to their customers.
The FFF College of Experts
To better inform all those who want to develop their franchise business , the French Franchise Federation has created the college of FFF experts. Made up of around fifty franchise advisors (lawyers, lawyers, accounting experts, management consultants…), the College of Experts is present every year at the Franchise Expo Paris show, through the Experts Village. It allows us to answer all the questions of future franchisors through individual interviews., Future Franchisors workshops on different themes (legal, an accountant, development, communication…) and so, best support young entrepreneurs in their franchise development project.
