CBo Territoria announces a turnover of 82 for 2022,1 million euros, quasi stable (-0,6 %) compared to the previous year. The company highlights the progression of 9,7% of its gross tertiary rental income, at 20,5 million euros. The occupancy rate of its economic assets reaches 98%, compared to 97% at the end of 2021. Gross rents generated by residential assets amount to 2,2 million euros (against 2,5 million euros at the end of 2021). CBo Territoria continues the program to sell its residential assets : 55 lots were sold at the end of December 2022 to the SHLMR and 158 sales are scheduled this year. At the end of December 2022, CBo Territoria had 215 residential lots intended for sale, having generated 1,6 million euros in rent in 2022. Residential development turnover falls slightly (-1,4 %), at 45,5 million euros. Sales of building land jumped 26%, at 18,7 millions : “The vast majority of sales correspond to highly sought-after land with views of the Indian Ocean in Roquefeuil and in the Golf subdivision in Saint-Gilles”, explain CBo Territories
