CBo Territoria announced its turnover for the year 2023 at the beginning of February, 84,9 million euros, increasing by 3,4% compared to the previous year.
Its real estate activities in the tertiary sector (shops, offices, business premises, catering and leisure, 22,7 million euros in turnover) recorded very strong growth in gross rental income. “In addition to the mechanical effect of indexing, the growth in gross rental income reflects solid operational performance across all asset classes (high occupancy rate of 98%) and the entry into operation of the Combani shopping center inaugurated last October in Mayotte”, comments the Mare company. The continuation of sales of its residential assets leads to a gradual decline in gross rents recorded (1,7 million d’euros). End December, CBo only held 79 housing units. The turnover of its promotional activity reached 58,1 millions, including 54 in residential. CBo Territoria delivered 68 lots and continued work on numerous programs now almost completely marketed, in bulk or retail (395 batches in progress at the end of December). Block sales increase to 16,9 million euros (+5,7 %) and correspond to the Garden of Gardenias program sold to the SHLMR. Retail sales to individuals are down almost 43%., at 12,6 million euros. Likewise, sales of building land (67 lots) fell by almost 38% to 11,6 million euros, amid rising interest rates and construction costs, which discourages real estate projects.
