“To this day, the forecast impact of the health crisis on CBo Territoria’s 2021 accounts is limited to less than 0,2 million euros », estimated the group in a press release dated September 14. In the first half of 2021, CBo achieved a turnover of 36,4 million euros down by 3,9% taking into account a return to a current level of promotional activity after the peak of 2019 and 2020, “in line with forecasts”. Gross rents from economic assets increase by 8,6% over the period, at 12,6 million euros. Those of tertiary assets reach 10,8 M€ (+9,7%). They now represent 86% of overall gross rental income compared to 84% in the first half of 2020.. The turnover of promotional activity returns to a current level (23M€, i.e. -10,2% compared to the first half of 2020. Building turnover falls by 15,8%, at 14,9 M€, linked to a high basis of comparison in 2020 for tertiary buildings (-56%) including the delivery of the Leroy-Merlin du Port. Sales of residential and tertiary plots increase by 2,2%, at 8,€1 million. The net result of CBo Territoria, part of the group, is positive at 7,3 million euros in the first half of 2021 (+73%). Its economic assets reach 383,6 M€ (+3,8% compared to the end of 2020). It is made up of 79% tertiary assets compared to 74% at the end of 2020, confirming its transfer to this asset category. This tertiary heritage increases by 6,5%, at 299,7 M€. It is made up of offices for 33%, of shops (56%) and business premises (11%).
